So I remembered the last night what I had wanted to talk about. I was sitting in my Physiology class for which I have a teacher who was one of those people who didn’t get out much during her college years and was just a book worm I’m sure. Her socail skills are not the best and she’s a little scatter-brained. I realized as I was sitting in that class that my respect for her was going straight out the window even before I had heard her start to actually teach. Then I was reminded of Jim Lafoon’s sermon the other week, the one about how Elijah had all those youth killed because they mocked him. I quickly said a prayer and asked God to keep my heart right so that I could learn from her. I hope that I will be able to and I hope that you will be able to do the same. I decided to tell you all this story because I know you guys are starting school again soon and you will be encountered by the smae problem. To respect or not to respect. To listen or not to listen.
Let’s not let the enemy steal what God has in store for us through our teachers, shall we?
Love you all,
Ashley
haha, you know i found out last night that Josue wanted soo bad for his older brother, Anthony to come out here and meet you when you were here. And it is because he (Anthony) goes crazy for girls that, i am guessing, look like you.
Josue didnt tell me this actually Annabelle did. Annabelle said to him “but he is not even saved yet” and Josue said “I know that is why he needs to meet her”. Isint that sweet. I got a good laugh about it, not because it was particularly funny, as much as it was well sweet. Yah. Well coolness.
I totally am with you on the respect subject. Man i pray that if i get a teacher that is hard to respect, that i just find 3 good things about them, and pray that those things flourish in them, outdoing the bad in a sense. But when you just dont focus on the bad, then it gives the enemy no room to use the negative to steal the respect away. Amen that is great Ash, i hope that you learn a WHOLE LOT from her!!!
Anyways i love you Ashley with everything that is in me girl. Stay beautiful.

I guess I could say the same.. nothing too profound to say right now unless I were to go off ranting (which might be entertaining, but weird for someone youd don’t really know) but yes, an amen is definitely in order…. and “go up thou baldhead!” ha ha, that made me laugh.

lol, nice reference Jake. :)) Josue also told me that his older brother goes for black girls, so sounds like his older brother goes for anything he can gethis claws on, Redeeming luv is out there though. I pray alot for him to get saved.
I definately hope the same for my own teachers. I have yet to pray over them, but I am going to do it before Thursday. luv yah Ash. Hannah
PS, wut is your horsie’s name? :))
My horse’s name?? I don’t know what you are talking about. But I think that the horse’s name would depend on the coloration and personality of the particular horse.
indeed…. and happy berry belated birthday Ashley… didn’t notice it was last month… until tragically, it was much too late. I’ll surely cry in my pillow tonight, and shed great tears… or maybe I’ll just say happy birthday and not cry once the whole time. that just may be more befitting someone like me in reality. And don’t worry, I would’nt really call you baldhead. you, or your un named horse! oh no no no no no.
