It’s official!
 
I HAVE TO marry a Mr Darcy.  Have to! 

Every time I see him portrayed in a movie or read him in the book I fall more and more in love with him.  For all of you who don’t know, he is the character in Pride and Prejudice (my favorite book outside of the Bible and the Chronicles of Narnia) that ends up marrying Elizabeth Bennett.  He starts off seeming like this pompous, pride-driven man and in the end you see every side of him…..most of which are so gracious and beautiful.  He has so much quiet passion, it just…just puts me in a state of awe (I would say “a loss for words” but that rarely ever happens….it’s gotta be above and beyond “pretty stinkin’ amazing”).  And he is stubborn too.  A man who doesn’t back down, *nods her head* that is definitely a must.

*sigh*  So yeah…I’m in love…with a fictional character, or maybe just an idea….

  2. wow… I don’t remember you even mentioning Pride and Prejudice.. movie, book, or characters… and it seems to have such a pull on you… and to think! after I told you all about Turin, and his whole sad tale! and what do I get? a xanga entry to find this out! … is that all? yeah, that’s about it… and ooh, that’s Sideshow Bob. anyways, I’m off. good day, Mrs. Darcy.

  3. HEY, he hasn’t gotten the little sister interview yet. but not that it even matters, we have to rent it when youget here, and watch it a million times! Pride and Prejudice, a wonderful movie (kudos to Jane Austin!) and i think i must meet him before we dubb the last name of Darcy to my sister there Jake. but anyways, i love you chika. 4 days till you get here!! Bren’ts mommy told him he didn’t have to cut his hair till you got here and saw it long. hehehe.  Well, that is all, my sister. ❤ u!!!

  6. You know…even if it is just root beer… there’s probably not a lot of ‘happiness’ in the bottom of those bottles either. just so you know. and anyways… what were you doing up at five in the morning? do we need to talk.
