Yesterday’s Water Intake: 3L (yay!)
Breakfast: 3 egg omlette with cream cheese and dill, Leicester Square blend green tea
Deadhang: 27 seconds
Lunch: Homemade chicken soup with crackers and butter, Probiotic juice-based selzters, dark chocolate peanut butter cups, and a protein bar
Workout: Done-Minimal
Dinner: Lamb chops with rice and homemade biscuits
Today was a bit of a walk through water, a good amount of resistence. I made it through, I got shit done. Tomorrow is a new day. ❤️
