I don’t know about you, but I am really good at starting new practices with gusto and excitement only to fall prey to the exhaustion that follows taking on too much at once. I am really used to that happening the morning of the second day. Which really deters one from starting new things. After all, who wants to disappoint themselves?
So here I am on day 2, to me the most important day in this whole process….though I will warn you I am probably going to say that every day until we get to day 22 (because it takes 21 days-ish to form a habit). I made it! Yay me!
