Breakie: 4 egg omlette filled with non-dairy cream cheese and dill, coffee with almond milk and turbinado
Deadhang: 20 seconds (that’s right! I moved the needle!)
Lunch: Homemade Split Pea and Ham Soup, handful of chocolate covered espresso beans
Workout: Done-Minimal

Breakfast: You guessed it, same as yesterday
Deadhang: 25 seconds (mmmmhm, I’m basically the best at this now ππ)
Lunch: Homemade Chicken Soup, gf crackers, dark chocolate peanut butter cups
Workout: Donr-Kettlebell work out
Yesterday, I woke up feeling the pace I have been pushing myself to keep….and I knew it would be a late night to boot because I was going to be hanging out.
The night was even later than I thought (though worth it because hanging with people is important for health humans)
This morning I slept in more than I wanted to, though I don’t regret it. I made it to 4ish before I was feeling the exhaustion creep back in. Now, sitting on my mat after my workout I AM GASSED! I have SO MUCH to accomplish and it is all going to have to wait.
I am headed next to a quick shower before I draw myself a bath and then climb into bed to write before I pass out.
Only one more work day before I get to rest (and, boy, do I NEED it).
