I made it!
Yesterday’s Water Stat: 1.5L
Breakfast: Breakfast bar and green tea
Deadhang: 26 secs
Lunch: Frozen Curry, 4 Cadbury Eggs, and a Cherry Coke
Workout: Done-Minimum
Dinner: Kidney Beans and Rice, dark chocolate peanut butter cups
Yep, today I did NOT prepare for myself foodwise. Slept in, instead of making breakfast and forgot to prepare my lunchbox. I felt very fish out of water. My body really needed me to set me up for better success. Having good food, feeding myself well is one of those pleasures that just gets me through the day. I pacified that with sugar big time. It is what it is. My period is on its way, we can blame that for the cravings, but if I had fed myself better I would have felt more fulfilled by the sugar I did have.
We’ll see how tomorrow goes.
Earlier tonight I was thinking that if I had done something like this routine when I was in college, I would have always gotten my aerobics points! It’s kinda fun and it makes me feel like I can actually get other things done. But! Let’s be honest, I am a much better steward of my time than I ever have been before. Never saw all the potential laying at my fingertips. It is quite lovely.
